Service Description
Origin Acquisition provides done-for-you client acquisition and appointment booking services for independent gym owners, including boutique gyms, semi-private training studios, CrossFit-style gyms, bootcamp gyms, and local transformation gyms.
Sales Price
Our standard offer is $2,500 plus advertising spend, unless otherwise stated in a custom proposal, invoice, or signed agreement.
Additional Charges
Advertising spend is charged separately.
Any third-party platform, software, SMS, CRM, or automation costs are the client’s responsibility unless expressly included in writing.
Payment Method
Payment is accepted by Stripe, credit card, bank transfer, or any other payment method stated in the applicable agreement or invoice.
Payment Timing
Payment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service Delivery Timing
Service delivery begins after payment is received and after all required onboarding materials, account access, business information, and creative assets have been provided.
Initial setup and campaign launch typically begin within 3–5 business days of complete onboarding.
Main Offer
We help independent gym owners generate 20 qualified intro appointments in the next 30 days using our 30-Day Gym Appointment Engine.
Refund / Guarantee Policy
If we do not deliver 20 qualified intro appointments within 30 days, we refund $125 for each qualified intro appointment missed below 20, subject to the client fulfilling all agreed onboarding, access, communication, budget, and follow-up obligations set out in the service agreement.
For clarity, a “qualified intro appointment” means an appointment that meets the qualification standards defined in the applicable client agreement.
Except where otherwise stated in writing, payments are otherwise non-refundable once work has commenced.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@originacquisition.com.
Where a fixed-term service period applies, cancellation terms are governed by the signed client agreement.
Customer Requirements
To deliver the service, clients must provide timely access to relevant ad accounts, CRM systems, calendars, business assets, and communication channels, and must respond to onboarding and operational requests promptly.
